As a student taking this program you agree not to distribute or sell any of the copywritten materials and information from this course whether it be written material, audio, or video.
You acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right to reschedule dates on any of your sessions for necessary reasons. You acknowledge and agree that start dates and or session dates may get shifted around from time to time. We are not liable for changing and rescheduling dates.
When you purchase this program you are entitled to a partial refund if you cancel 72 hours prior to your start date and time. However there will be a $150 cancellation fee deducted from your total purchase price to cover processing fees and handeling.
This private one-on-one program is based on a total commitment and experience for all parties invloved. The price of the course is not based on the individual sessions within. You are pruchasing a total experience.
If for whatever reason you chose not to complete the program, there are no refunds on any remaing time, or sessions not used or experienced up to that point in time.
In the event that we do choose to issue some amount of refund at our sole discretion, there will be a $150 cancellation fee that will be deducted from the total of your purchase price.
All refunds can take up to 15 days to fully process so please be patient.
Please keep in mind that although we are completely sypathetic to your individual situation and the strange and bizarre things that can sometimes happen in life altering your circumstances...
This is still a business and we have to run it as such in order for it to sustain and be able to serve thousands of people coming through our doors each year.
If your life circumstances do change once you have already started the program and you are no longer able to remain in the program... you may stop and restart at later date that we will work out with you.
