As a student taking this program you agree not to distribute or sell any of the copywritten materials and information from this course whether it be written material, audio, or video.

You acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right to reschedule dates on any of your sessions for necessary reasons. You acknowledge and agree that start dates and or session dates may get shifted around from time to time. We are not liable for changing and rescheduling dates.

When you purchase this program you are entitled to a partial refund if you cancel within 72 hours after making your initial payment. However, there will be a minimum cancellation fee charged of $250 up to 6% deducted from your total purchase price to cover processing fees and handeling.

This is a highly personalized program where I can only block out time to work with 2 clients each month - if you decide to cancel your participation in this program after the first 72 hours of making a payment, there will be no refunds.

This private one-on-one program is based on a total commitment and experience for all parties invloved. The price of the course is not based on the individual sessions within. You are purchasing a total experience.

If for whatever reason you chose not to complete the program after starting, there are no refunds on any remaing time or sessions not used or experienced up to that point in time.

In the event that we do choose to issue some amount of refund at our sole discretion, there will be a minimum cancellation fee of $250 up to 6% deducted from your total purchase price to cover processing fees and handeling.

All refunds can take up to 21 business days to fully process so please be patient.

Please keep in mind that although we are completely sypathetic to your individual situation and the strange and bizarre things that can sometimes happen in life altering your circumstances...

This is still a business and we have to run it as such in order for it to sustain and be able to serve thousands of people coming through our doors each year.

If your life circumstances do change once you have already started the program and you are no longer able to remain in the program... you may stop and restart at later date that we will work out with you.
