All sessions must be paid for in advance in order to reserve a session date and be placed on the calendar.

Refunds and Cancellations on Session Appointments

Because you are reserving a significant block of time for your session of 3 hours or more, cancellations must be made 7 days in advance of your scheduled session in order to receive a refund. All refunds are subject to a 25% cancellation fee based on the total price of your paid session or deposit.

Refunds on Sessions

There are NO refunds on sessions once you have used or entered your individual session time. If there is an unused portion of a session package (multiple sessions), and your refund request is made 7 days prior to your next session, you can receive the portion of the unused session time minus a 25% cancellation fee based on the unused portion of your session price.

Refunds on Unused Sessions

If you continue to change your scheduled session times more than twice or pay for a session and never use it - there will be NO REFUNDS past 60 days. You may schedule one more session time - but after that, you forfeit your session and your money.

Refunds on Digital Products

All digital products come with a 30 day limited refund. No refunds after 30 days from the time of purchase. You may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase if you are unhappy with the product. You will be refunded your purchase price minus a 25% return fee.

How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be made by email so there is a verifiable time stamp on your refund request. No exceptions. Please email your request to support@gilalan.com. Please make sure to include your full name, address, and phone number.

Payment of Refund

All refunds are processed through our online system and will be refunded back to your Credit or Debit Card. Most refunds generally take about 7 days to process back into your account depending on your bank’s practices.
