Instructions For Scheduled Meditation

Synchronize Your Meditation Time

Please make sure you are coordinating your meditation time with the proper time zone so we are all synchronized – this will ensure the output that our individual intentions will become unified at an optimum level as we all meditate at the same time around the world. You can check all U.S. Time Zones here on our Meditation Schedules page, or for other world time zones use the World Clock to calculate the time difference in your own time zone.

Meditation Set Up

  1. The Scheduled meditation time will last for 20 minutes.

  1. Find a quiet place where you will remain undisturbed for the duration of the meditation. Take your position about 5 minutes prior to the scheduled meditation time.

  1. Close your eyes and begin the relaxation process with some deep breathing –  inhaling through your nose (4 counts) and then exhaling through your mouth (4 counts), and repeat this process 3 times.

  1. Upon completing the relaxation process, begin setting your intentions for the meditation. You may state your intentions aloud and speak them, or state them silently in your mind:

  1. First Intention: My intention for this meditation is to send ‘Light and Guidance’ to President Obama and his entire administration.

  1. Second Intention: May my thoughts and intentions join the thoughts and intention of all others who are meditating at this time for the highest good. (This will help to unify everyone’s intentions into one)

Entering The Meditation

  1. Enter the meditation with your eyes closed while focusing on your breathing – you do not have to continue holding on to your intention, let it go, and let all thoughts of daily worries subside as you focus only on your breathing.

  1. As in the relaxation process, you simply breathe by inhaling through your nose, and exhaling through your mouth. If you are unable to breathe well through your nose then inhale through your mouth. Do not force your breathing, let it flow easily and naturally.

  1. If you experience thoughts of worldly matters running through your mind, pay no attention to them, just let them be, and place your focus solely on your breathing – Meaning: Focus on the breath as you inhale and exhale… feel the breath entering the body and filling the lungs…  then feel the breath leaving the body as you exhale. Listen to the sound of the breath coming in and going out – Keep your focus on your breathing and become one with it.

  1. Focusing on your breathing will take your attention away from wandering thoughts and guide you into a deep state of stillness and silence until you effortlessly merge into a state of ’Being’ – This is where you make your strongest connection to source energy as you connect to your higher self and become a powerful lighthouse of energy.

  1. Simply continue in this manner throughout the meditation for the entire 20 minutes. You may use a timer if you like as long as it does not disturb your silence. If you cannot maintain your meditative state for the full 20 minutes, then just do as much as you can and that is all that is required.

Exiting The Meditation

After the meditation, allow yourself a few moments of silence after opening your eyes so you can gradually adjust to re-entering the reality of your surroundings before you proceed with your day. And take pride in the fact that you have just made a valuable contribution towards changing the world, while helping to expand your own awareness. It will be the best 20 minutes of silence you have ever spent!
